dans le monde entier, DEI a constat\u00e9 que les centres de d\u00e9fense sociojuridique (CDSJ) sont <strong>efficaces pour donner aux gar\u00e7ons et aux filles la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der effectivement \u00e0 la justice et d&rsquo;obtenir des r\u00e9parations<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le travail des CDSJ consiste \u00e0 offrir activement aux enfants en conflit avec la loi, aux enfants victimes et t\u00e9moins, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux adultes confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des violations des droits de l&rsquo;enfant, un <strong>acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 la justice et un soutien sociojuridique de qualit\u00e9,<\/strong> y compris :<\/p><ul><li>la fourniture d&rsquo;informations<\/li><li>l&rsquo;orientation vers d&rsquo;autres prestataires de services<\/li><li>des conseils psychosociaux\u00a0<\/li><li>des conseils juridiques gratuits et une repr\u00e9sentation &#8211; y compris devant les tribunaux.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>29 300 enfants ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 des services sociojuridiques<\/strong> de DEI en 2016.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-857702a subjective<\/strong> car, pour chaque enfant, les variables d\u00e9pendent de facteurs internes (physiques et psychologiques) et externes (mode de vie et situation familiale personnelle).<\/p><p>Les CDSJ fournissent un cadre holistique permettant de<strong> s&rsquo;assurer que l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;enfant est pris en compte par les organes et autorit\u00e9s d\u00e9cisionnels<\/strong>. Les CDSJ constituent un <strong>point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence important pour le syst\u00e8me judiciaire national, car les services juridiques et sociaux ad\u00e9quats font souvent d\u00e9faut dans de nombreux pays.<\/strong><\/p><p>Les CDSJ suivent une approche \u00ab\u00a0enfant en contexte\u00a0\u00bb, la gestion des cas allant au-del\u00e0 de la sph\u00e8re juridique (sociale, \u00e9ducative, etc.). L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire du <strong>CDSJ s&rsquo;av\u00e8re cruciale pour acqu\u00e9rir une connaissance plus holistique de l&rsquo;enfan<\/strong>t et appliquer les principes de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur et de l&rsquo;inclusion afin de constituer un dossier juste et de responsabiliser l&rsquo;enfant.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
