Les legs sont toujours re\u00e7us avant le partage de l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage.<\/li><li>En <strong>d\u00e9signant DEI comme votre h\u00e9ritier<\/strong>, vous pouvez l\u00e9guer \u00e0 DCI la totalit\u00e9 ou une partie de votre patrimoine. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par les h\u00e9ritiers eux-m\u00eames, qui sont responsables de son partage et de la remise des legs, pour autant qu&rsquo;aucun ex\u00e9cuteur testamentaire n&rsquo;ait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9.<\/li><li>En <strong>faisant de DEI le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d&rsquo;une police d&rsquo;assurance<\/strong>, vous pouvez laisser \u00e0 DEI une partie de l&rsquo;argent que vous avez accumul\u00e9 par le biais d&rsquo;une retraite, d&rsquo;un capital d\u00e9c\u00e8s ou d&rsquo;une assurance retraite. Vous pouvez prendre cette disposition avec n&rsquo;importe quelle police d&rsquo;assurance. Nous vous conseillons d&rsquo;informer vous-m\u00eame les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires (par exemple en leur envoyant une copie), car l&rsquo;assureur n&rsquo;est pas oblig\u00e9 de les informer.<\/li><li>Par le biais d&rsquo;un <strong>don ou d&rsquo;une promesse de don<\/strong>, vous pouvez offrir \u00e0 DEI une somme d&rsquo;argent au moment de votre choix. Vous pouvez le faire de votre vivant.
