Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de Institute of International and Development Studies (Gen\u00e8ve-Suisse), ainsi que de l’\u00c9cole nationale d’administration (ENA-France), et titulaire d’un Master of Arts en gestion du secteur non marchand (Rome-Italie), M. Kamarotos poss\u00e8de une vaste exp\u00e9rience des organisations internationales, dont 20 ans dans les affaires humanitaires, les droits de l’homme et les droits de l’enfant, tant aux Nations unies que dans des ONG. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur de grands programmes de l’UE pour le bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, ainsi qu’ancien directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint charg\u00e9 des affaires internationales et europ\u00e9ennes de la r\u00e9gion fran\u00e7aise Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d’Azur. De 2009 \u00e0 2016, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint de Public Services International (PSI), une f\u00e9d\u00e9ration mondiale de syndicats \u0153uvrant pour la promotion de services publics de qualit\u00e9 et des droits syndicaux avec des affili\u00e9s dans plus de 150 pays, Alex Kamarotos est le directeur ex\u00e9cutif du secr\u00e9tariat international de D\u00e9fense des Enfants International (DEI) \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve depuis novembre 2016.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

N\u00e9e et \u00e9duqu\u00e9e en France, C\u00e9cile est titulaire d’un master en droit des droits de l’homme de l’Universit\u00e9 de droit et de sciences politiques de Strasbourg, avec une sp\u00e9cialisation sur les droits des minorit\u00e9s. Depuis qu’elle a rejoint DEI d\u00e9but 2019, C\u00e9cile est en charge du programme international de l’Alliance pour le plaidoyer des filles, ainsi que du soutien aux sections nationales de DEI en mati\u00e8re de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s sur les m\u00e9canismes internationaux de responsabilit\u00e9 et de conseils sur la gestion de projets. Elle a une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans les secteurs priv\u00e9 et public, partag\u00e9e entre un travail en tant que responsable junior du suivi et de l’\u00e9valuation dans le domaine humanitaire et des postes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la politique au sein d’ONG et d’agences des Nations unies. Parmi les r\u00e9alisations significatives, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre d’\u00e9quipes d’\u00e9valuation ind\u00e9pendantes mandat\u00e9es par le PAM, l’AFD et la DG ECHO pour assurer le suivi de la protection et des op\u00e9rations humanitaires dans les situations d’urgence complexes, y compris des visites de terrain au Burkina Faso et au Niger en 2018 et 2019. C\u00e9cile parle fran\u00e7ais, anglais et espagnol.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Depuis 2019, Sasha occupe le poste de responsable du plaidoyer charg\u00e9 d’assurer l’avancement et la protection des droits de l’enfant devant les m\u00e9canismes internationaux et onusiens des droits de l’homme, tels que le Conseil des droits de l’homme et le Comit\u00e9 des droits de l’enfant. Sasha d\u00e9fend \u00e9galement l’\u00e9tude mondiale des Nations unies sur les enfants priv\u00e9s de libert\u00e9, y compris sa diffusion et son suivi. Sasha est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l’Universit\u00e9 Grenoble-Alpes en France o\u00f9 elle a obtenu une double licence en droit et en langues \u00e9trang\u00e8res, puis un master en droit international apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un m\u00e9moire sur les violations des droits de l’homme par les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s transnationales.
