El taller supuso un avance significativo para Mauritania a la hora de abordar esta importante cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dirigido por el Ministerio de Justicia en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Asociaci\u00f3n Mauritana para la Salud de la Madre y el Ni\u00f1o (AMSME), la secci\u00f3n nacional de Defensa de Ni\u00f1as y Ni\u00f1os Internacional (DNI) en Mauritania, <strong>el taller ten\u00eda como objetivo abordar la situaci\u00f3n de los NNA privados de libertad en Mauritania<\/strong>. El taller examin\u00f3 los resultados del Estudio Mundial de las Naciones Unidas sobre la situaci\u00f3n de los NNA privados de libertad. Tambi\u00e9n sent\u00f3 las bases para la creaci\u00f3n de una coalici\u00f3n que aplique eficazmente las recomendaciones del estudio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, uno de los resultados del taller fue la creaci\u00f3n de una <strong>coalici\u00f3n nacional<\/strong> para los NNA privados de libertad. Los miembros fundadores son organismos gubernamentales, ministerios y organizaciones de la sociedad civil. El objetivo de la coalici\u00f3n es reunirse peri\u00f3dicamente, adoptar planes de acci\u00f3n y facilitar el intercambio de experiencias entre los miembros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DNI-Mauritania, actuar\u00e1 como secretar\u00eda t\u00e9cnica de la coalici\u00f3n. Su papel consistir\u00e1 en coordinar las reuniones y garantizar la aplicaci\u00f3n efectiva de los objetivos de la coalici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El acto cont\u00f3 con la presencia de actores clave en el \u00e1mbito de la protecci\u00f3n de la infancia, entre ellos representantes del gobierno, UNICEF, ONG como Terre des Hommes y Noura, y representantes de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio de Justicia, as\u00ed como otros departamentos y organizaciones pertinentes, aportaron su apoyo y experiencia al taller. <strong>Este esfuerzo de colaboraci\u00f3n demuestra un compromiso unificado para proteger los derechos de los ni\u00f1os en Mauritania y promover alternativas a la detenci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En general, el taller representa un paso importante en los esfuerzos de Mauritania por proteger los derechos de los NNA privados de libertad.
