DNI ha comprobado que los <strong>Centros de Defensa Sociojur\u00eddica (CDSJ) son eficaces a la hora de proporcionar a los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as la oportunidad de acceder de forma efectiva a la justicia y obtener reparaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El trabajo de los CDSJ consiste en ofrecer activamente a las NNA en conflicto con la ley, a las NNA v\u00edctimas y testigos, as\u00ed como a los adultos que se enfrentan a violaciones de los derechos del ni\u00f1o, un <strong>acceso directo a la justicia y el correspondiente apoyo socio-jur\u00eddico de calidad<\/strong>, incluyendo<\/p><ul><li>suministro de informaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>derivaci\u00f3n a otros proveedores de servicios<\/li><li>asesoramiento psicosocial<\/li><li>asesoramiento y representaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddicos gratuitos, incluso ante los tribunales.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>29.300 NNA se beneficiaron de los servicios sociojur\u00eddicos de DNI en 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf9cfe4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"bf9cfe4\" cada NNA las variables dependen de factores internos (f\u00edsicos y psicol\u00f3gicos) y externos (estilo de vida y circunstancias familiares personales).<\/p><p><strong>Los CDSJ proporcionan un marco hol\u00edstico para ayudar a garantizar que los organismos y autoridades responsables de la toma de decisiones tengan en cuenta el inter\u00e9s superior del las NNA<\/strong>. El equipo multidisciplinar del SCDSJ DC resulta crucial para obtener un conocimiento m\u00e1s hol\u00edstico del las NNA y aplicar los principios del inter\u00e9s superior y la inclusi\u00f3n para construir un caso justo y empoderar al las NNA.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
