Los legados siempre se reciben antes de dividir la herencia.<\/li><li><strong>Al nombrar heredero a DNI,<\/strong> usted puede dejar a DNI la totalidad o una parte espec\u00edfica de su patrimonio. Por regla general, la herencia es gestionada por los propios herederos, que se encargan de su reparto y de la entrega de legados, siempre que no se haya nombrado un albacea.<\/li><li><strong>Haciendo beneficiario a DNI de una p\u00f3liza de seguro<\/strong>, usted puede dejar a DNI parte del dinero que ha acumulado a trav\u00e9s de una pensi\u00f3n, una prestaci\u00f3n por fallecimiento o un seguro de pensi\u00f3n. Puede hacerlo con cualquier p\u00f3liza de seguro.
