At its Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 14 September 2013 in Lomé, the national section of DCI in Togo adopted the statute of its organization.
In the course of this meeting, the section of DCI Togo decided to focus its advocacy work on the legal reform and look at ways to raise public awareness on issues related to child protection.
A new Chairman of the Board, Mr. Martin Bakoussam, was nominated and will serve a term of two years, while Mr. Laurencio Akohin has been appointed as Secretary General.
